Mission Statement:

No Kill Lehigh Valley's goal is to end the killing of adoptable and treatable companion animals in the Lehigh Valley. No Kill Lehigh Valley will do this by advocating for the implementation of policies and programs in accordance with the No Kill Equation that will reduce population growth and increase rates of adoption and retention of companion animals.
No animal should die just because it's homeless.
No Kill Lehigh Valley is a 501c3 non profit. We provide funding for low cost spay/neuter and for catastrophic veterinary care for the needy. All funds stay here in our community helping our companion animals and the people who love them. All donations are completely tax deductible. No Kill Lehigh Valley PO Box 4272 Bethlehem, Pa. 18018
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.

No Kill Lehigh Valley ended the year 2011 having sent out over $75,000.00 in veterinary care and spay/neuter funding. We saved lives and prevented unwanted litters. We TNR'd whole colonies of feral cats. We provided really low cost spay/neuter services for cats through 3 Operation Catsnips. We found homes for animals through our e mail group, thus preventing them from ending up in shelters. We connected people with resources such as the Animal Food Bank, so that they could keep their pets with them. We even provided in home care to an elderly blind woman and her dog. It was a fabulous year!
2012 poses a real challenge. We won't have nearly the amount of money we had last year. We will have to limit our veterinary care funding substantially. But we will still be there for the really desperate cases. As of Jan. 21 we have already sent out $3544.00 in vet care - in just the first 3 weeks of the new year! We are planning new and exciting fund raisers, writing grants, and working harder than ever to ensure that those little ones who need help, get it. And we will stay true to our mission to support spay/neuter.
Please stay tuned for more information on our fund raising events and please, whenever possible, support them by participating. We can't do this work without the support of the community.
Thank you for caring.
Diane
